✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item was not marked Final Sale or Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used tools or opened grooming items.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us first at support@trimorainc.com with photos and your order number.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
